Includes year established, family name and address. Two pets and their names (pets are generic - breeds are an additional $6). Additional pets are $3 a piece. Includes a special message. Includes your choice of wooden frame available in seven colors, mat and glass.

Please allow 3 weeks for delivery. Rush orders will be processed to meet a specific date for an additional $15.00 rush fee.
