Shipping and Delivery Information

Two shipment methods are available: Standard Shipping and Express Shipping. Please allow 6 weeks for your painting to be created and thoroughly dried. Standard Shipping will take between 5 and 10 business days and Express Shipping will take 2-3 business days.

Return Policy

Custom Oil Paintings are created just for you based on your photos and are non-returnable or exchangeable under any circumstances. A photo of your finished painting will be emailed to you before we ship it. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with the painting, there is a $50 repainting charge for major changes. Paintings are based very literally on your photograph. For this reason, the majority of our customers are very pleased with the results.

Event Date
Please let us know the last possible day you can receive your painting and still make it to your event. Please do not inflate this date as it might cause us to unnecessarily cancel your order.
