Our "Penelope" styles is flexible and lightweight with a feminine flower design. Available in a comb, 9" tiara, or 11" halo. It is approximately 1 inch wide and will be very easy for your hairdresser to work with. The larger crystal sprays can be created in either 6mm Czech or higher quality Swarovski Austrian crystals. The flowers can be made in either Czech crystal or glass pearls. This style can be created in either goldtone or silvertone.
